"Women’s History month has a special significance because it solidifies all the great work women across the globe have done, and appreciate their achievements. It’s very important to recognize the progress women have made in terms of roles in society." "In my work, I make a positive impact through my leadership and mentoring roles I have. Specifically, I always help people reach their goals and provide help to whoever needs it, whether it be clients or fellow employees. In being a mentor, I help provide support to the project team, and help advise fellow employees." "Being Brazilian is something I take lots of pride in, as it has helped me become the person I am today. It has helped shape my morals and values, and it is my identity."

Aman Dhariwal Project Manager at Cleargoals "Women's History Month Is a time to reflect on the strides women have made, and a time to look at the progress women have made throughout the course of history." "I try to always make a positive impact in my communities whatever way I can. When hiring, I ensure that we look at everyone holistically regardless of race or gender, maintaining equal opportunity and equity for all." "I am of Indian descent, and being Indian has always been very important to me. It has influenced who I am, and has helped me become the person I am today."
