"The REACH workshop was transformative for our team at Energy Outreach Colorado. What sets REACH apart is how it grounds complex cultural conversations in fundamental principles of self-awareness and human dignity. Through the thoughtfully designed curriculum, our staff didn't just challenge their assumptions – they developed a deeper understanding of themselves and each other. The impact has been tangible, creating meaningful shifts in how our team communicates, collaborates, and approaches leadership. If you're looking for training that goes beyond surface-level diversity discussions to create lasting organizational change, REACH delivers exactly that."

For Erin, passion is tied to Leadership & Development, and DEI comes from growing up in Southern Indiana as the daughter of a civil rights leader and the experience of seeing how racism and inequality destroyed hopes and dreams of her close friends during high school basketball.  Hearing racist chants targeted towards those that she considered not only friends, but family, not only broke her heart, but built a wall of resistance to ‘status quo’. Erin serves as an HR manager who is passionate about creating a workplace culture fit for everyeone.
